Wednesday Pop 9

February 24, 2011 - 00:53 | 2 replies

This weeks Pop almost got not published. Our Net connection has been wonky lately, which I've heard has a lot to do with the operator. And today on Wednesday it wasn't working almost at all. Some pages were working, some didn't. I could get to YouTube, but I couldn't get any videos to play.

Although I could get one video to give me an annoying piece of info: "This video contains content from Sony Music Entertainment, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds. Sorry about that." Are they serious? Today, as we have the Net and social media and all this it would seem like companies could use all this to promote their products. Instead they are being busy to block this and that, and make sure things are hard for us, their customers. They are still stuck in olden times, when there were just records for music and theaters for movies.
