In the beginning this month Spotify did some changes to the free accounts. These changes include a limit of listening one song for maximum of five (5) times with the service. Well, that did it. I stopped using Spotify almost completely. So here are reasons why Spotify doesn't have interest in users like me:

• I'm on a budget, so I cannot pay for the service atm.
• I don't have a mobile device which I could use Spotify with.
• I like to listen the same songs all over and over again. I listen mostly old music.
• The ads are not relevant for me and are aimed mostly for men of a certain type. Unibet or other online betting doesn't interest me. I don't want to hear Jennifer Lopez's new album. I don't have a Sonos sound system.
• I don't flood my Twitter followers or Facebook friends with info of what music I'm listening.
• I used to use Spotify only once or twice a week. Now I use it only when I add a new song to the Wednesday Pop-list.
• I mostly listen music with my iPod Nano.
• I'm from Finland. It's an expensive country in North-Europe with a small market.
