Social media tip 2: Be smart

Transparency and being personal are the ways in social media. However it doesn't mean you have to share every dirty details of your employees or your medical conditions with everyone.

Being transparent and personal requires also being smart. Thinking it through before posting it. Taking a breathe and deciding whether it's a good idea or not.
