Hot Font #1: Lato
Here we go with a new series called Hot Fonts. The series will be published once in a while and will feature fonts I like.
The first Hot Font is my current favorite, Lato. Lato is a clear and simple, yet beautiful sans-serif and includes 10 styles, from hairline to black, non-italic and italic.
Lato means summer in Polish and a barn in Finnish. Created by Łukasz Dziedzic, the font is published under SIL Open Font License (OFL) and is free.
Lato on Font Squirrel and Google Web Fonts.
