The course is about taking control of your own life, finding happiness and a little bit of meditation as well. I was skeptical, least to say. And curious.
Being curious I watched the first of the videos, then the second and so forth. What I realized was the ideas presented were actually really good.
Jay has build the lessons on Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), his own experiences and then some. He created the course in order to learn the stuff better himself and so that everyone else would find out about it.
I might have trouble of getting over my skepticism. But I think there's something in this. Check it out!
