Squirrel (The best photo I've ever taken)

June 2, 2012 - 23:54 | 3 replies

I think this is the best photo I've ever taken. I've really gotta thank my subject for how it came to be. I took a bunch of these, some failed badly, some worked better.

Look at that tiny face. Keeping eye on the short paparazzi and her tall friend while eating as fast as possible. And the paws, the fur, the tail and the pink nipples on the soft tummy.

The squirrel stayed, fortunately for me on that branch for a while. The other squirrels (there was a bunch) weren't as photogenic. Or I wasn't fast enough to capture their fast paced essence.
