- My complicated definition: Social media are relatively easily accessible, mostly highly modifiable and scalable Internet based tools, which content is created and/or modified by the users of these tools. My easy definition: Social media are communication.

- My bachelor's thesis was published 2009 and it's titled Sosiaalinen media business to business -markkinoinnissa (Social Media in Business to Business Marketing; abstract in English, the rest in Finnish). - Social media and it's services are like living and evolving organisms and users of these services evolve and their ways using them change all the time.
- I've been working on web design and development for over 10 years. I designed and created my first personal site 1998. It was terrible.
- Photographing, drawing, painting and other ways to create interest and entertain me.
- The Net is all about communication and being social online is not some sort of a new thing.
- In addition to the web related jobs I have worked in many customer service positions.
- Cats and other animals are close to my heart as well as nature and protecting it.
- Customer service should be treated as one of the foremost marketing efforts of an organization, product or a brand.

- My favorite books include such titles as Shame (by Salman Rushdie), Around the World in Eighty Days (by Jules Verne), Dune (by Frank Herbert), Emily of New Moon (by L. M. Montgomery) and The Griffin & Sabine Trilogy (by Nick Bantok).
- I don't drink coffee, but in time to time I truly enjoy a nice cup of tea.
- If you ask me for my favorite movie I'll probably say The Double Life of Veronique (1991) or maybe Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980).
