wednesday pop

The Wednesday Pop series. Each Wednesday I will post a music video with a few words about the song and reasons why I chose the song in question. I use the term pop in a very flexible and somewhat creative way. The songs available on Spotify are also listed on the Wednesday Pop playlist.

Song recommendations are always welcomed and can be posted on the comments or through the contact. You can also send your songs to tasselflower on Spotify or add them straight to the Recommended by You playlist.

Wednesday Pop 48

Whenever a famous person dies, Twitter gets filled with RIP-tweets. The tweets usually contain nothing but RIP and the person's name. Everyone wants to be part of the story, even if they couldn't care less about the person earlier. It used to be: "Where were you when you heard person A died?" Now it's more like: "How fast did you tweet about the death of person A?"

And now I'm part of it too. Maybe I should just dance with somebody.
